Campaign-Level Performance Reporting

Campaign-level performance views are now live in the Optiversal portal.

You can quickly see which Campaigns are driving the most traffic and sales, then drill into any campaign to understand how each individual page is performing.

It’s an easier way to spot top performers, uncover opportunities, and see the impact of every campaign all in one place.

Brand Stores and Boutiques

Brand Stores give retailers a new way to turn brand demand into premium, shoppable destinations where customers can explore a specific brand’s story, assortment, bestsellers, new arrivals, and curated collections directly on their sites.

Brands can showcase more of their assortment, support launches and campaigns, and influence shoppers closer to purchase. Retailers unlock new retail media revenue opportunities, strengthen brand partnerships, and scale consistent experiences across hundreds or thousands of brands.

Product Comparison Pages

Shoppers are increasingly asking ChatGPT and other AI platforms to compare products before they buy. Now you can bring that same comparison experience directly to your site.

The new Comparison template presents relevant products side by side, helping shoppers quickly understand differences in features, benefits, specifications, use cases, and price.

Instead of allowing an AI platform or third-party publisher to own the comparison, retailers can now provide the answer within their own trusted commerce experience.

Ways it helps:

  • Capture high-intent searches such as “Product A vs. Product B”

  • Make complex product differences easier to understand

  • Help shoppers choose the right product with greater confidence

  • Create structured, comparison-rich content that is useful to both humans and AI crawlers

  • Keep shoppers on your site during a critical stage of the decision journey

New

Explore Hub

The new Explore Hub turns your product directory into a visually engaging discovery destination that helps shoppers and crawlers navigate your growing content ecosystem without relying on a blank search bar.

This creates a more intuitive way for shoppers to browse while strengthening the connections between your Optiversal pages.

You can now highlight:

  • Collections that are in season

  • Popular and trending pages

  • Recently launched content

  • Featured guides and campaigns

  • Additional entry points into related collections

New

Multi-Language Page Syncing

Users can now sync Optiversal pages across multiple languages.

When a page is created or updated in one supported language, corresponding versions can remain aligned across your regional and international experiences. This makes it easier to scale campaigns, collections, and evergreen content without managing every localized page independently.

Now, international retailers have a more efficient way to expand content coverage while preserving locally relevant customer experiences.

Ways it helps:

  • Launch consistent experiences across languages and markets

  • Reduce repetitive localization and page-management work

  • Keep translated pages aligned as source content changes

  • Scale seasonal campaigns across regional storefronts

  • Maintain consistent merchandising, structure, and brand governance globally

Hub and Spoke Campaign Creation

With the new Hub-and-Spoke model, you take one theme, campaign, or shopper moment and turn it into a set of connected “spoke” pages. Instead of a single page for “holiday gifts” or one landing page for “summer essentials,” you build a complete experience around how people actually shop.

Optiversal agents identify campaign opportunities, suggest the hub-and-spoke structure, and recommend the pages to create so your team edits the strategy in bulk instead of reviewing every page one by one, then publishes in one click. The content is built for AI search and conversational discovery, but works just as well across email, social, ads, affiliate, and seasonal marketing.

One hub, many spokes for:

  • Shoppers buying for themselves

  • Shoppers buying a gift

  • Specific occasions and use cases

  • Product needs and style preferences

  • Seasonal moments

  • Comparison pages vs. trends

Conversational Filters

Shoppers want more guidance when they buy, especially when comparing options or shopping for someone else. That’s one reason discovery is shifting to LLMs like ChatGPT, where shoppers ask in plain language and keep refining based on what matters to them.

With Conversational Filters, Optiversal brings that guided experience to your site. Instead of a blank search bar or a long list of rigid filters, it suggests the next best question to ask about a product — reducing friction and increasing purchase confidence.

Guides shoppers with questions like:

  • Who is this for?

  • What occasion is it for?

  • What style do you want?

  • What matters most — price, material, fit, performance, or use case?

Seasonal Calendar

The Seasonal Calendar lets you upload the key moments your team cares about all year — major holidays, retail events, promotional windows, product launches, or emerging micro-moments like Summerween. Once those dates are in Optiversal, our content strategy agents use them to recommend relevant hub-and-spoke campaigns before your team plans every asset by hand, so you react to trends as they happen instead of missing the moment.

You can set when pages go live or stay hidden, and have recurring moments automatically resurface at the same time next year. Both the Hub-and-Spoke model and Seasonal Calendar are included for Optiversal customers — a great place to start for holiday planning.

Track What Pages AI Uses to Recommend Your Products

Modern AI engines don’t just pull recommendations from a static database — they crawl the live web like lightning-fast researchers compiling a custom shopping report. That means your Optiversal pages act as primary research sources for AI, not just drivers of Google clicks.

We now track that compounding value by showing exactly which pages AI uses as a research resource when making recommendations. Because LLMs favor highly structured, context-rich content — like Optiversal’s review-synthesized and top-rated pages — you can pinpoint your biggest “AI magnets” and see which categories carry the most authority in AI ecosystems.

Attribute Enrichment Now Available for Microsoft Ads/Bing and Instagram

AI search agents can only recommend your products when your data is deeply detailed, making enriched attributes a prerequisite for discovery. We’ve expanded enrichment beyond Google, Meta, and OpenAI to fully support Microsoft Ads/Bing and Instagram — so you can feed every major search engine, LLM, and social commerce algorithm the granular data they need to surface your brand to high-intent shoppers.

Attribute Coverage View Under the Enrichment Tab

Incomplete or inaccurate attributes get products buried in search or rejected by ad platforms. The new Attributes view shows the coverage and impact of enrichment for the Google Merchant Feed — monitoring coverage from baseline through post-enrichment and highlighting the volume of automated edits.

Attribute deltas appear on the product detail view for a side-by-side “before and after” per SKU, so your team can quantify the value of optimization and maintain brand consistency. You can view, edit, and export enriched values right from the dashboard.

Example use cases:

  • Maximize share of voice — fill attribute gaps before peak periods so products qualify for granular filters

  • Increase ROAS — review deltas to meet Merchant Center requirements and avoid disapprovals

  • Scale multi-channel — export enriched data for other channels and reports

  • Edit directly — tweak values for brand consistency in the interface

  • Bulk export — send enriched data to CSV/Excel for other teams and your PIM

Product Details Page Optimization

Better SEO leads to better AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), so we’ve rolled out automated PDP optimizations that improve both user experience and AI discoverability.

PDP optimization now also does persona optimization: our AI identifies the top three shopper personas per product, generates tailored descriptions and summaries for each, and crosses seasonality with personas so the right message hits the right shopper at the right time.

Automatically refines:

  • Product titles

  • Meta descriptions

  • Product descriptions

  • Summaries & FAQs

  • Key attributes & image alt text

Relevance Cutoff Setting

Found in your Collection Settings, this dropdown controls the strictness of search results — cast a wide net or find the one needle in the haystack. All collections default to “Medium.”

How it works:

  • Low — most products; best for broad discovery and matching

  • Medium — balanced; the reliable standard (default)

  • High — fewest products; best for precision results with strict criteria

Now supported across platforms:

  • Meta — dozens of rich, social-first attributes

  • OpenAI — Q&A structures to power discovery in ChatGPT and other LLMs

  • Google — conversational attributes (Beta)
